I’ve been with State Farm my entire career, starting in Finance and interning right out of college before eventually pursuing my dream of agency ownership.I’m married with three daughters, and my husband — a third-generation insurance agent — now works alongside me in the business. I’m bilingual and a proud graduate of St. Ambrose University, where I earned both my B.A. in Accounting and my MBA. - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
